Village Community Partners provide companionship, household, childcare, and community support — not medical or clinical care. They cannot administer medication, provide nursing care, or perform any regulated health services. For medical needs, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Yes — many of our Partners offer recurring availability for services like Nanny Support, Household Support, and Independent Living Support. You can arrange recurring days directly through the platform.

Whether you're a student, a parent with availability during school hours, or someone looking for part-time work — if you're warm, reliable, and community-minded, we want to hear from you.

All Partners go through background and vulnerable sector screening as part of our onboarding process, designed to maintain the safety and trust of our community.
Village Community Partners set their own rates within platform guidelines and are paid through the Village Please platform.
No. Village Community Partners are independent contractors, not employees of Village Please Inc. This means you are responsible for your own taxes, scheduling, and applicable insurance.
Some services — particularly those in the Movement & Strength category launching in a future phase — will require Partners to carry appropriate professional insurance. Standard services do not currently require insurance, though it is always encouraged.
Yes. You choose your availability, select the bookings you want to accept, and work on your own terms. Village Please is designed to fit around your life.
